Manage Dynamics 365 Channel Integration Framework 1.0 solutions in Dynamics 365
Third-party channel providers can add a Dynamics 365 Channel Integration Framework 1.0 solution as a dependent solution in Dynamics 365, to use its capabilities in the apps they develop for Dynamics 365. This article describes how you can add and remove Dynamics 365 Channel Integration Framework 1.0 solutions from your Dynamics 365 instance.
Add a Dynamics 365 Channel Integration Framework solution
Add the Dynamics 365 Channel Integration Framework application to your Dynamics 365 instance that has an unmanaged dependent solution installed in it.
Sign in to your Dynamics 365 instance and go to Settings > Solutions.
From the list of solutions, select the solution that you'd like to add.
In the window that opens, select Model Driven App from the left panel.
Select Channel Integration Framework and then select OK.
Select Publish all customizations.
Close the solution window.
Export the solution.
Remove a Dynamics 365 Channel Integration Framework solution
Make sure that you have the System Administrator or System Customizer security role or equivalent permissions.
Sign in to Dynamics 365.
Select Settings > Solutions.
Select the solution that you'd like to remove.
In the window that opens, select the Channel Integration Framework solution.
Select Delete and then select Delete again to confirm that you want to remove the solution.
