I have created an administrative unit for external guest users and added a few external guest users.

From the users, I have chosen a user and assigned the user admin role.

My requirement is that this external admin user will be able to manage these users in this administrative unit. This admin user should be able to manage user creation for this administrative unit. Will this work like that?

The user administrator role generally satisfies the requirement you specified and should work.

Let me know how this external user with user administrator privileges can add a new user to this administrative unit. From where this user should add the users?

We are inviting numerous guest/external users from various B2B entities to access our application via Azure AD authentication. We want to appoint one user per entity as the administrator, and this admin will handle all user management for their entity. How can I achieve this?
