Edit a CRM record
Open the Copilot for Sales pane and select a record you want to edit.
In the record's details cards, select More actions (...) > Edit record.
Note
The option to edit a record is available only when it is enabled by your administrator. More information: Configure editing of records and fields
Update the details as needed and select Update (CRM).
