Microsoft Copilot for Sales is an AI assistant that's designed to help sellers maximize productivity and close more deals. It’s available in Microsoft 365 apps like Outlook, Teams, and Word, and connects seamlessly to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Salesforce Sales Cloud to bring sales-specific insights and recommendations into the flow of work.

In this module, you learn how to use Microsoft Copilot for Sales to increase your productivity during a typical workday. There are two Copilot for Sales experiences available, depending on the license that your organization has. This module refers to the Copilot for Sales experience that comes with Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise and Dynamics 365 Sales Premium licenses as Standard, and the full experience with the Microsoft Copilot for Sales license as Premium.
