For a Azure user, how to get his ID enabled to access the Microsoft Fabric experiences? The user is already made the admin of one Fabric workspace and also has owner access to Fabric capacity. But the experiences are not visible to this user

    Hi Ganesan, Jothy,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

There are a couple of possibilities why the Azure user with workspace admin and capacity owner access might not be seeing Microsoft Fabric experiences. Here are some potential troubleshooting steps that might help:

Tenant Configuration: Verify if Fabric is enabled for the organization's capacity. Workspace admins can typically only access Fabric experiences if Fabric is enabled at the capacity level. The admin can check this in the Azure portal under the capacity settings by navigating to "Delegate tenant settings" > "Microsoft Fabric" > "Users can create Fabric items".

For more details please refer: Work with customer data in Fabric (preview)

Security Group Restrictions: Some organizations might use security groups to limit Fabric access for specific users or groups. The admin should check if the user's Azure AD identity is a member of a security group that is allowed to access Fabric. This information can be found in the Microsoft Entra tenant where the Fabric tenant resides.
