Microsoft Viva overview
Microsoft Viva is an integrated employee experience platform built within Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams that gives you the ability to support connection, insight, purpose, and growth in your organization using your existing infrastructure.
Viva is easily customizable and extensible, accessible from anywhere you work, and supports several partner integrations to give you access to industry-leading apps in the natural flow of work.

Viva Amplify centralizes campaign management, publishing, and reporting so corporate communicators can reach and engage all employees meaningfully. By using multi-channel publishing, communicators can reach employees across channels such as Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. Users can create and manage organization-wide campaigns to help inform organizations, create alignment, and inspire action – all from one place. Employees continue to see relevant messages in their existing preferred channels.

Viva Connections
Connect employees with tools, news, and resources in Microsoft Teams. Content is displayed on a dashboard and can be tailored to each individual based on their role, region, and interests.

Viva Engage
Brings people together across the organization to connect with leaders, coworkers, and communities. It can also help people crowdsource answers and ideas, share their work and experience, and find belonging at work. The Viva Engage app integrates these experiences into Microsoft Teams and introduces new features including storyline and stories. These new features will also appear in the Viva Engage web, desktop and mobile apps, so no matter where an employee visits, they’ll see the same content and feature set.

Viva Glint
Understand and improve employee engagement with this "voice of the employee" app. Organizations get immediate visibility into the employee experience with org-wide surveys and recommended actions to drive business outcomes. Questions and action plans are based on people science to guide employee listening and engagement programs that support the employee experience. Leaders and managers can view results to understand wins and opportunities, compare performance against benchmarks and receive personalized suggestions for learning courses, conversation starters, and other actions that support positive business outcomes.
