This article provides information about how to get support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Intelligent Order Management.
Support tickets
You can contact a Microsoft Support representative and get support for Intelligent Order Management by using the Help + support experience in Microsoft Power Platform admin center.
Prerequisites
You must have a security role that's enabled for creating support requests. Users who have one of the following security roles can create support requests:
- Microsoft Entra Role Admin
- Environment Administrator (or System Administrator role in Dataverse)
- Company Admin
- Billing Admin
- Service Admin
- CRM Service Admin
- Power Platform Admin
- Security Admin
- Partner Delegated Admin
- SharePoint Admin
- Teams Admin
- Exchange Admin
- Power BI Admin
- Compliance Admin
- Helpdesk Admin
Support is available for the following support plans:
- Subscription Support
- Professional Direct Support
- Unified Support
Create a support request
To create a support request, follow these steps.
- Sign in to Microsoft Power Platform admin center by using your admin credentials.
- Select Help + support > New support request.
- Select Dynamics 365 Intelligent Order Management as the product.
- Fill in the problem type and a description of the issue, and then select the Solutions tab.
- If the guidance on the Solutions tab doesn't fix the issue, scroll down, and select Next.
- Select the support plan, and fill in the fields on the form pages.
After you submit your request, it will appear in the list of support requests. You can check the status and edit your request on this page.

If you can't create a support ticket, you can contact iomsupport@microsoft.com for guidance about how to have a support ticket created for you.
Other support options
To get support, you can submit questions to the community site for Dynamics 365 Intelligent Order Management. Microsoft monitors this community site.
Customers and partners who are part of our private preview program can post questions in the Yammer group.
