Overview of Dynamics 365 for phones and tablets
Important
Effective April 2024, Dynamics 365 for phones and tablets (iOS and Android) will be deprecated for online users. Online users must migrate to the Power Apps mobile app. The Power Apps mobile app provides updated capabilities, a modern user experience, and fast load times.
Use the Dynamics 365 for phones or Dynamics 365 for tablets app to run customer engagement apps (such as Dynamics 365 Sales and Dynamics 365 Customer Service), built on Microsoft Dataverse on your mobile device. Download the Dynamics 365 mobile app and sign-in to run the same apps that you use in a web browser on your mobile device.

There are separate mobile apps for:
- Power Apps mobile: Run model-driven apps and canvas apps on Power Apps mobile
- Dynamics 365 Field Service: Field Service mobile app
